The hotel is on the upper floors of the Nagoya sky building built on the redevelopment section of the southern Nagoya station. Driven by the theme of ‘floating boat’ which is inspired by the skyscraping location and the history of the place – this area used to be a key junction and a distribution hub which connected a main canal from Nagoya port to railways – art pieces metaphorically represent the seascape and a journey to the sky.
