ICA completed art consulting and art installation for JW Marriott Nara, one of the most luxurious Marriott brands, and a first of its kind in Japan. The project aims at representing the long history of the city of Nara that used to be the end of the Silk Road from the 2nd century BCE to the 18th century. The project fuses narratives of tradition, cultural background, and natural environment, into a cozy and luxurious residential setting.
