For the Ritz-Carlton, Fukuoka, Kyushu’s first five-star hotel that recently opened in the Tenjin area, ICA oversaw the artwork of the entire hotel, from art consulting to installation. Fukuoka has long flourished through exchange with the continent as Japan’s gateway to the sea. Today, visitors enjoy this start-up city with a new culture that blends the old with the new. We selected artworks for the hotel that connects the local richness with the Ritz-Carlton brand experience.
